Henstead Country Cafe, The Little Craft Bottle Shop

We popped in today as a family of three and had such a lovely experience from start to finish. My cappuccino was perfectly hot, a generous size, and really well made. All of our food was beautifully presented and cooked to perfection, and you can tell care goes into every plate. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome. A lovely surprise was the children’s activities in the courtyard, which kept our little one happily entertained while we enjoyed our drinks. It’s such a thoughtful touch that makes a big difference for families. The setting was relaxed and inviting, and everything felt well looked after. We will definitely be returning. A real gem for both great coffee and a warm, family-friendly atmosphere.

We popped in for a drink and scone, great service and a very good price for what you get. I love these little places, they are much more personal than in the bigger cities. Lovely atmosphere too with dogs outside welcome.

Only found this little gem recently. The food was hot and nourishing and presented nicely on the plate. It was plentiful and tasty . Couldn't fault the service. The young ladies were very pleasant and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The adjoining craft units are interesting and I would have spent a bit longer there if I had the time. A very narrow road leads to it so be cautious but it is only for a short distance anyway. Will definitely be coming back and can see it being a favourite trip out in the summer months when we have visitors. I did have time to quickly call into one shop to buy a pretty crystal though
